Molly Fletcher

Amy Porterfield

Amy Porterfield is an ex-corporate girl turned online marketing expert and CEO of her own multimillion-dollar business. Through her best-selling book, courses and top-ranked marketing podcast Online Marketing Made Easy, Amy has helped hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs to trade burnout for freedom, income, and impact and find professional autonomy, independence, and success far beyond what a corporate glass ceiling would traditionally allow. 

Carla Harris

Carla Harris is a Vice Chairman, Wealth Management, Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Harris has extensive industry experiences in the technology, media, retail, telecommunications, transportation, industrial, and healthcare sectors. She was appointed by President Barack Obama to chair the National Women’s Business Council. She is the author of Expect to Win and Strategize to Win.

Diana Nyad

For her maverick open-water performance of the 1970s, Diana Nyad was known as the world’s greatest long-distance swimmer. For the next thirty years, Nyad was a prominent sports broadcaster and journalist, filing compelling stories for National Public Radio, ABC’s Wide World of Sports, and others. She is a national fitness icon, has written three other books, is a talented linguist, and is one of today’s most powerful and engaging public speakers.

Tunde Oyeneyin

Tunde Oyeneyin, a Texas native of Nigerian descent, is a motivational speaker and a Peloton instructor, training nearly 20,000 riders on any given day. She began her career as a professional makeup artist and brand educator for some of the most sought-after beauty lines in the world. She was named a face of Revlon cosmetics and a Nike Athlete in 2021. Tunde was named to InStyle’s “The Badass 50” list in 2022 and has been featured on TodayGood Morning AmericaThe New York TimesVanity FairVogue, and more. She is also the author of Speak.

Jess Ekstrom

Jess Ekstrom is the founder and CEO of Headbands of Hope. For every headband sold, a headband is given to a child with cancer. Jess and her company have been featured on Today and Good Morning America and in Seventeen, Vanity Fair, Forbes, and People. More importantly, they have donated millions of headbands reaching every children’s hospital in the United States and in 22 countries. Jess is also a professional speaker and founder of Mic Drop Workshop, an education company with the mission of empowering more women to share their message as a speaker. 

Kara Goldin

Kara Goldin is a disruptor. She is the Founder and CEO of Hint, Inc., best known for its award-winning Hint® water, the leading unsweetened flavored water. She is an active speaker & writer and hosts the podcast Unstoppable with Kara Goldin where she interviews founders, entrepreneurs and other disruptors across various industries. She lives in the Bay Area. 


Jennifer McCollum

Jennifer McCollum is CEO of Linkage, a SHRM company, where she oversees the strategic direction and global operations of the premier leadership development firm. With a mission to “change the face of leadership,” Linkage has dedicated more than 35 years to advancing women and accelerating inclusion in organizations. Jennifer is also a keynote speaker, consultant, and author, with more than 20 years of experience building and growing businesses in the leadership space.

Nedra Tawwab

Nedra Glover Tawwab is the author of the New York Times bestseller Set Boundaries, Find Peace. A licensed therapist and sought-after relationship expert, she has practiced relationship therapy for more than fifteen years. Tawwab has appeared as an expert on The Red Table TalkThe Breakfast ClubGood Morning America, and CBS This Morning, to name a few.  Tawwab runs a popular Instagram account where she shares practices, tools, and reflections for mental health and hosts weekly Q&As about boundaries and relationships.
